He set up his own law and tax Joint Venture in China and a law firm in Germany which soon became market leaders in their fields. Areas of expertise include legal and tax advisory, business establishment, M&A and strategic advisory.

Richard holds a law degree from the University of Heidelberg/Frankfurt, Germany. He speaks German, English and Chinese.
