Ben Rotheram, CBBC Director of Commercial & Outbound Service, noted that the UK offers a business-friendly environment and attractive investment opportunities across key industries. He encouraged Chinese companies to make full use of CBBC's service platform to access high-quality resources and build partnerships with relevant service providers.

Ye Chen, a CEIBS Entrepreneurial Leadership Camp alumnus and Chairman of Shanghai DF Robot, shared a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing Chinese companies in their global expansion. He stated that current national policies actively support enterprises’ overseas expansion; however, Chinese companies need to be fully prepared, as compliance costs in foreign markets are high and certain risks exist.

Navin Hossain, Associate Director of China Business Development at Hawksford, stated that his firm stands ready to assist Chinese companies with complex processes such as compliance building, auditing, and tax affairs, thereby effectively lowering the barriers to market entry and supporting their steady growth in the UK.

Yuan Zhanyan, Head of the French Office of Raymond Legal, also spoke about enterprises’ keen interest in accessing the EU market. She stated that her firm will draw on its cohort of young Chinese lawyers handling Cross-Boarder Matter to provide specialist cross‑border compliance legal support to Chinese companies undertaking investments within the EU.

Zhang Qingxiao, Partner of Raymond Legal UK, also highlighted some key points for Chinese companies prior to accessing to the UK market.
