Event Recap: The British Brand Experience Tour enters JD.com's Recap on CBBC's Brands of Britain Tour at JD
On February 2, the British Brand Experience Tour series organised by the China-Britain Business Council entered JD.com's Beijing headquarters and presented products from three British premium consumer brands: Whittard of Chelsea, Vitabiotics and DOWNLAND. We prepared a light lunch and trial samples of the brand's main products on site, and spent a pleasant lunch time with JD.com International employees.
Century-old tea brand Whittard of Chelsea was wildly popular at the event. With the exquisite refreshments on the scene, from traditional English breakfast tea, Earl Grey tea, to romantic English rose tea, fresh lychee oolong tea, and light mango bergamot flavored tea, everyone tasted and tasted one by one, and experienced the aromatic British tea journey. The representative of the China-Britain Business Council Whittard of Chelsea introduced the brand at the scene and gave away a number of hot chocolate gift box sets from Whittard of Chelsea through the prize quiz session on site.
Wang Du, China Operations Manager of Vitabiotics, the British sales champion dietary supplement brand, personally introduced the brand for everyone at the scene, and prepared lutein tablets, calcium iron folate tablets during pregnancy, calcium, magnesium zinc liquid calcium, oral liquid iron supplement for pregnant women, multivitamins for men and women, and new collagen oral liquid that has not yet been sold in China. Vitabiotics generously presented on-site samples to JD.com colleagues present, giving everyone priority to experience the surprise brought by healthy dietary supplement products in the UK.
DOWNLAND, a well-known down bedding in the UK that enhances the sleep experience with technology, also participated in the event and prepared a variety of samples for the event. Antibacterial quilts and cold quilts specially designed for children were displayed on site; Micro-controlled goose down duvet and goose down pillow designed for adults. The representative of DOWNLAND introduced the technology used by its brand at the scene, and let everyone experience the delicate and soft touch of DOWNLAND through direct contact with the product. The brand's exquisite souvenirs for the guests also gave everyone the opportunity to experience the excellent quality of DOWNLAND.
The three British brands also prepared exclusive online offers for participating colleagues. The guests were excited by the larger discounts and more intuitive product experience, and many people placed orders on the spot to buy products.
