Clifford Bebb, Commercial Consul, Head of Renewable Energy Trade and Investment in China at British Consulate-General Guangzhou shared the 2024 work plan for the UK’s Department for Business and Trade (DBT), as well as the emphasis and actions for key sectors such as energy. He outlined the current challenges and urged more engagement between the UK and China in trade activities.

Wan Yang, Head of Sustainability for the APAC region at BSI, addressed ten key sustainability trends for 2024. He also discussed the ways that CBBC members could improve their corporate sustainability management through standards and assurance.
