CBBC has received an important letter from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Secretary, the Rt Hon David Lammy MP, in response to a congratulatory letter sent to him by the CBBC Chair, Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles, on the occasion of his appointment.

This is an important recognition of the business, trade and investment relationship between the UK and China and the role that the CBBC plays in advancing these interests, including in contributing to HMG’s forthcoming China Audit.
