CBBC organises UK Business Mission to Guangxi – Bridging Trade & Investment in Nanning from 24th-26th June 2026
The delegation participated in the Guangxi Industrial Cooperation Conference and Cross-Border Industry Matchmaking session and AI & Financial session, engaging with government officials, industry leaders and Chinese enterprises to discuss opportunities in industrial investment, cross-border trade and supply chain collaboration. Delegates also took part in targeted business matchmaking sessions, enabling direct exchanges with potential partners across Guangxi's priority sectors.

On 26 June, delegates joined sector-focused field visits covering artificial intelligence, new-generation information technology, advanced manufacturing, cross-border logistics, new energy vehicles and healthcare. These visits provided first-hand insights into Guangxi's industrial capabilities, innovation ecosystem and strategic role as China's gateway to ASEAN markets.
Throughout the mission, participants gained a deeper understanding of Guangxi's business environment, regional development priorities and investment opportunities. The programme also strengthened connections between UK businesses, Chinese enterprises and local government stakeholders, laying the foundation for future commercial partnerships and collaboration.

This mission forms part of the CBBC Delegation Programme 2026, which aims to create opportunities for British companies to engage with regional governments and leading Chinese businesses, develop strategic partnerships, explore emerging market opportunities and support long-term UK-China trade and investment.
