Enhancing Groundwater Sustainability for Climate Resilience
On 28th October, the University of Birmingham's China Institute will be streaming the 2021 China Institute Li Siguang Lecture, which will be delivered by Prof Yan Zheng, Chair Professor, School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology on the topic “Enhancing Groundwater Sustainability for Climate Resilience”.
The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Prof Iseult Lynch, Professor of Environmental Nanosciences. Prof Zheng will also be joined on the panel by Prof Stefan Krause, Professor of Ecohydrology and Biogeochemistry, Dr Shirley Ye, Lecturer in Asian History and Dr Mike Jones, Water Resources Modelling Lead, Thames Water.
