It can not only radiate stallion breeding, race horse domestication, horse trading and transportation, but also promote the development of bioengineering, veterinary science, and various disciplines and technologies surrounding the horse racing industry. As a competitive sport, speed horse racing is not only conducive to enriching sports culture and promoting sports consumption, but also has potentially huge economic and social effects in multiple industries such as event operation, management, tourism, and financial support. In addition, the establishment and improvement of the horse racing industry system and mechanism will promote the formation of a huge market scale.

2021 is a brand new year for horse racing in China, the year of practice for the implementation of the "National Horse Industry Plan", and the year of implementation of the newly promulgated "Chinese Equestrian Association Speed ​​Horse Racing Competition Rules (Trial)". According to the "Plan", by 2025, the framework and system for the development of China's modern horse industry will initially take shape. The number of registered domestic and foreign horse breeds will reach 36, the number of sports horses will reach 100,000, and 30-40 horses will be held throughout the year. On the horse racing day, 150 national and international races will be held, and a batch of independent brand races and activities with dominant producing regions and major horse breeds will be created.

Britain is the birthplace of speed horse racing. In the UK, horse racing is not only a sport, but also an indispensable part of British culture. Horse racing has changed from the participation of the traditional nobles to the most representative, charming and elegant mass entertainment activities. Horse racing is one of the top ten industries in the UK. In terms of scale, it is the second largest sports industry after football. In the UK, more than 1,500 horse racing events are held every year, with more than 5.6 million spectators, and around 17,500 full-time employees in the industry. At the same time, it also generates a large number of auxiliary jobs. As the originator of speed horse racing, the British horse racing industry has always been at the top level in the world in terms of race quality and horse racing quality. At the same time, the UK has also established a strict breeding supervision system and a complete and mature commercial horse racing system.
