Patrick is a specialist in debt recovery with over 10 years’ experience at CCI Credit Management Ltd (CCICM). Patrick has successfully managed large portfolios. His responsibilities include:

Patrick is responsible for ensuring UK standards of compliance and best practice are implemented throughout the collections operations in the Asia region. Patrick also has responsibility for managing all of CCICM internal and outsourced operations in that region and is taking the lead in building CCICM’s infrastructural base in China.

Le Rong heads the non-contentious team of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP Guangzhou Representative Office. Gowling WLG (UK) LLP is an English law firm established in Guangzhou China.


She has a proven track record in advising international clients on a variety of non-contentious matters  which extends from corporate, commercial contracts (including IP licensing transactions) to regulatory  compliance, as well as in advising clients on employment issues. She has assisted clients in sectors  such as Pharmaceuticals, High Technology, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing and Education. 

 

She provides commercially sound advice to clients operating across borders. Gowling WLG devotes  itself to the development of Chinese clients' overseas business. Le Rong plays an important role as the coordinator between Chinese clients and foreign lawyers team on Chinese companies outbound  investment transactions. 


She started her career in a French law firm, then joined Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, now called  Gowling WLG and works there until today. It's her 16th year working as a consultant for businesses in  China. Le Rong is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and French.
