Peter Burnett, Chief Executive of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), was invited to speak at the event, alongside Mr. Yu Yong, President of CITIC Bank London, Mr. Charlie Walker, Deputy CEO of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), and Mr. Fang Wenjian, Chairman of the China Chamber of Commerce. 

In November this year CBBC, together with CITIC Group (Beijing), will organise a delegation of British businesses to visit Xi’an and Chongqing. We hope this is the start of a long-term collaboration with CITIC to show case the opportunities for trade and investment in parts of China that sometimes get overlooked.
