Mr. Zhenyu (Ryan) MAO, MBA, B.Eng
Director Product Certification Services, Asia Pacific, British Standards Institution
Ryan is currently the Director of Product Certification Services for the Asia Pacific region, including Greater China, Korea, Japan, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand for the the British Standards Institution (BSI). In this role he takes the leadership for BSI Product Certification Services in the region providing support to local companies and organisations, for their management system improvement, products, or services, in compliance with the legislative, standards and market requirements.
Ryan joined BSI in 2014 as the Director of Product Certification Services in China and then managed the Supply Chain Services in China until end of 2019. During his services in China, Ryan has focused on embedding standards knowledge, integrated with certification and assessment service solutions to industries, companies and organisations for compliance in the international trading.
Sari Leino
ISO TECHNICAL & COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR, UK & INTERNATIONAL, ACM-CCAS LTD
ACM CCAS Ltd is a leading UKAS-accredited certification body based in the UK. With over 280 auditors internationally, we work with thousands of clients in more than 20 countries including a significant number in China. Sari Leino is responsible for overseeing planning, development and management of UK and International compliance of ACM-CCAS UKAS accredited management system certification schemes, namely ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001. Prior to joining ACM-CCAS Sari worked for several years as an Operations Director and as a General Manager for number of UKAS accredited certification bodies. Sari holds an MSc in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. She is also management systems lead auditor for several ISO standards.
Simon Courtney
Divisional Manager for the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), SATRA Technology
Simon Courtney is the Divisional Manager for the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division at SATRA Technology and is responsible for the testing and certification of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). He joined SATRA in 1995 and has been involved with a wide range of product testing, test method development and technical training. He is the chair of several national, European and international standardisation committees for protective clothing and regularly contributes to the design and review of PPE performance standards and testing methods.
