Ed Humphris is the UKVI Visa Outreach Officer for East China, South Korea and Japan, responsible for gathering market insight, representing UKVI and educating audiences about UKVI’s latest policies and requirements.

With 8 years visa and immigration experience in operational and management roles, Ed has in-depth knowledge of the UK immigration system and works to deliver an excellent UK visa service that protects the UK from harm and supports UK growth and prosperity.
 

Sissi Shen, VFS Global

Sissi has more than 7 years’ experience managing the operations of Visa Application Centres in East China with accountability for process adherence, customer satisfaction and overall responsibility for interaction and relationship management with the UK government.
