Celine Tang, Retail & E-commerce Sector Lead, China-Britain Business Council 

Celine Tang has been based in the UK for the last 4 years and for most of this time she has been working as a freelance Consumer Consultant across the Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food and Drink sectors.  

Between 2013 - 2017, Celine worked in the New Zealand Consulate General in Shanghai, prior to which she gained an MSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics.

Dora Zhou, Managing Partner, BARK Media

BARK is a digital agency helping overseas brands reach the China market by means of video production, live streaming, content marketing and influencer campaigns. BARK has built a unique roster of overseas bilingual influencers to drive unique value for brands. 

As one of the founding members of BARK, Dora has worked in content and marketing in both China and the UK for more than a decade and has been based in London in the past 10 years. Through the years, Dora has worked with clients including the UK government, Vitabiotics, the Hut Group, P&G and various British universities. Prior to joining BARK, Dora gained an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University College London.

Fabio Stella, Commercial Director, Hawksford

Fabio graduated in International Law, business and politics before moving to China in 2012 for a course on intellectual property (IP) and foreign direct investment at Peking University. He started his career at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce where he also acted as Board Director for two terms between 2017 and 2020. Part of Hawksford pool of professionals since 2013, Fabio now heads China's business development activities and the local client service team.

With over 12 years of marketing experience, Sam has spent 6 years building brands like TEMPLESPA, MZ Skin, ilapothecary, and Probio7 in China. Leading Samarkand's Brand Management and Business Development teams across Shanghai and London, Sam specializes in China market entry, focusing on social commerce, livestreaming, and multi-channel distribution.
