CBBC – DBT China Rare Earth Export Controls Joint Briefing II

CBBC is co-hosting a briefing for industry on rare earth export controls together with the Department for Business and Trade. The briefing will take place on Monday 17th November in-person in Beijing as well as online.
China broadened its export control framework governing rare earth elements on 9th October, as summarised here. Although the recent US-China talks led to a temporary suspension of certain newly introduced measures, the continued implementation of rare earth export controls remains a source of disruption to global supply chains.

- Insights into ongoing considerations
- Overview of available services to support businesses
b. Company Exchange Session
