How To Login

See the three options below for instructions how to login to the secure pages on the website for exclusive members' only content and the Corporate Directory (Corporate and Associate members only). If you are not yet a member, join CBBC for access.

How to register

If you have not registered to use the members area before please follow the steps below:

1. Click on this link 
2. Chose your membership type (e.g. Corporate)
3. You will then be asked to enter your membership number and main address postcode
4. Follow the rest of the online prompts

How to login

If you have previously visited the members’area please login by following the steps below:

1. Click members login on the top right hand corner on CBBC's website
2. Enter username and password
3. Follow the rest of the online prompts

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password you can request a reminder by following the steps below:

1. Click members login on the top right hand corner on CBBC's website
2. Click forgotten password
3. You will the be asked to enter the answer to your registered prompt question
4. Follow the rest of the online prompts

Please note: Answers are not case sensitive, but must be spelt and punctuated identically to your original response.
