Vice-Premier Li Keqiang addresses CBBC banquet

Vice-Premier Li Keqiang affirmed the importance and potential of the UK and China’s “comprehensive strategic partnership” at a CBBC dinner held on 11th January in the spectacular setting of the Royal Courts of Justice. Click here for pictures and click here for footage from the Banquet and forum.

Addressing a gathering of 500 senior Briish and Chinese businesspeople and officials, Vice Premier Li said that the UK’s expertise in a range of industries, particularly low carbon, petrochemicals, finance and new technology, fitted well with China’s requirements as it expanded its domestic demand, innovated its manufacturing and developed a green economy.
