The CBBC Launchpad Scheme enables you to set up a base in any of our China offices ahead of opening your own individual office. This easy-to-use scheme will save you valuable time and money in setting up your business in China.


The Launchpad Scheme
Launchpad enables you to have a fully dedicated CBBC member of staff based in one of our China offices with office space and communications (a phone and access to a fax), advice and support and a message taking service through a CBBC receptionist. Most companies go on to open a full representative office of their own, having used CBBC's Launchpad as a secure and risk free way of establishing their business in China.

Launchpad is ideal if you want to establish a presence in China for the first time or if you have an office in one part of China but would like to extend your market cover to other locations where CBBC has office facilities.

Under current regulations, foreign companies are unable to employ Chinese staff legally, unless the company is registered in China. Through Launchpad, CBBC recruits a local employee to work on your behalf. Provided the recruitment process runs smoothly, it should take no more than four to six weeks to set up Launchpad for your company.

Launchpad is exclusive to CBBC members. It is available in most of our China offices - you can choose the location which is most appropriate for your business.
