Susie has been living and working in senior organisational development and HR roles in Beijing, China since the spring of 1981, and was instrumental in the start-up of UK firm Rolls-Royce International’s operations in China in the 1980s. Until summer 2011 she was Vice-President for Human Resources & Recruitment for the United Family Healthcare Group. Susie is currently the Director of Human Resources and Talent for The Interpublic Group of Companies in China.

Tracy Driscoll is a professional coach and consultant with over 18 years of experience developing people in the China market. At MMG she heads up the executive coaching practice and helps organisations to transform by changing mindsets and behaviours. Tracy’s professional experience has been in leadership and career development, executive coaching, marketing and communications, and recruiting.

Huan Wang is a Partner with the Global Employer Services Group of Deloitte’s Beijing office. She has over 18 years of experience providing tax service to MNCs. Since 2000, she has been focusing on GES practice and her main clients include many famous MNC companies. Huan is also a frequent speaker at seminars involving Deloitte. She is a PRC Certified Tax Accountant.
