Thomas is a Partner and Managing Director with Kearney in Europe and China focusing on the global automotive sector and advising clients on their most relevant strategic challenges and supporting them on their journeys towards becoming truly high-performing organizations. 
 
He is regarded as an expert for navigating in the Chinese market, where he has been advising global conglomerates, joint ventures, and local businesses for many years. He is a strong advocate and supporter for building integrating relationships between Europe and China and establishing opportunities for joint future growth.
 
Besides his role as top management advisor he has also experience as interim manager and entrepreneur.
 
In his personal life, Thomas Luk is a passionate business angel, has a keen interest in art and regularly participates in art auctions, is a practicing sim racer, and is currently completing his training as a sommelier.
