Llinks Law Offices Webinar Series: China’s Data Laws Explained

Supported Event

April 16
Hosted by Llinks Law Offices, this webinar series is designed to keep you updated with the latest legal and regulatory environment in China.

The third Webinar will focus on China's Data Laws:

In the era of a digitalized economy, one cannot underrate the importance of data. Data is the lifeblood of businesses; with governments the focus of data governance is national security; and for individuals they are more concerned with privacy protection.

In this webinar, we will explore China’s data classification laws and share case studies on how foreign entities in China can strike a balance between data utilization and compliance.
